An organisation merging operations across two companies in different countries faced complex, inefficient intercompany transfer processes. These processes were time-consuming, error-prone and spread across multiple roles and systems. 

Our Approach 

DeltaD conducted a full regulatory review and worked closely with stakeholders to redesign the process end-to-end, ensuring compliance, clarity and efficiency. 

The Solution 

  • Designed an integrated Monday.com solution covering purchasing, certification, invoicing, invoice matching and payment 
  • Developed standardised PDF and Excel templates for key business records 
  • Implemented the new process with stakeholder support and clear governance
