Our Founder
DeltaD Consulting was founded on real operational experience and a belief that meaningful change must be practical, disciplined and led from the front. Our founder's journey shapes how we think, how we lead and how we support organisations through complex operational and transformational challenges. It sets the standard for accountability, clarity and delivery in everything we do.
Our founder Dan has over 25 years operational leadership experience in large, medium and small businesses giving him the real-world experiences of operational leadership and delivery of change across utilities and construction sectors.
Dan setup DeltaD Consulting Ltd to enable SMEs to benefit from this experience without a long-term commitment and has established new ways of working to enable access to operational excellence for every type of business sole traders, to micro, small, and medium enterprises.
Charity Support
We believe responsible leadership extends beyond the organisations we work with. DeltaD actively supports charities and initiatives that align with our values and create tangible, positive impact. Our approach is focused and purposeful – supporting causes where our time, expertise and resources can genuinely make a difference.
What we do:

- Webinars & Presentations: we offer webinars & presentations to support improved understanding of operational excellence with practical tools and tips to be more efficient and effective

Performance Catalyst is a people development consultancy, specialising in leadership development and team effectiveness.
We advise on performance enhancement, team-building, organisational values and culture change, and how to generate and embed sustainable excellence.
Performance Catalyst is an official Partner of Insights Discovery. Our Insights Distributorship is home to Insights practitioners looking to progress their facilitation and coaching journeys. We mentor and support fellow Licensed Practitioners on their business journeys, creating an ever-growing network of skilled people-development specialists who support and challenge each other to continually develop their impact and best serve their clients' needs.
Co-Founders Will Jefferson and Lindi Smit both have backgrounds in elite sport and now approach the evolving landscape of leadership, learning and development with an equally insatiable curiosity. They bring together a powerful fusion of experience from high-performing environments, in business and sport, to create more self-aware leaders and more effective teams.
